Thermoplastic Prepreg Test Line
Self-developed industrial machinery for fabricating high-performance continuous-fiber reinforced thermoplastic prepreg UD tape — covering carbon fiber, glass fiber, aramid, basalt, and metallized fiber. The line is built for scientific research needs and industrial mass-production feasibility verification with stability, high efficiency, and low cost. Max heating 450°C, 1-30mm width, compatible with PP/PA/PC/PPS/PEEK/TPI.

Two-Belt Laminate Press Line
Continuous two-belt flat laminate press for CFRTP sandwich and solid panel lamination, with selectable belt width and heated zones.
